We operate on a two-week rotating schedule to keep your workouts varied and results-driven.
Class Types:
Orange 60 Our signature workout. Half treadmill, and half strength with some rowing.
Orange 60 3G Equal time on the treadmill, strength, and rower.
Strength 50 Build lean muscle, improve technique and increase overall strength.
Tread 50 A self-paced treadmill-only class designed to improve speed, stamina and running efficiency.

We use a few terms that are uniquely Orangetheory — here’s what they mean:
BASE Your challenging-but-doable pace in the green zone. It’s your personal starting point — whether you’re power walking, jogging or running.
PUSH A step above BASE, in the orange zone. Feels uncomfortable but sustainable in short bursts.
ALL OUT Maximum effort, above PUSH, also in the orange zone. It’s intense — give it everything, but only for a short time.
OTBeat Our heart rate tracking system. Your heart rate monitor syncs with in-studio screens to show real-time effort and track long-term progress.
Splat Points The number of minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12+ per class to spark the afterburn and boost results.
